At Foodpro this week, Catherine Dillon of Sphere Foods shared the merits of the company's 'Perfect Red' odour and flavour-free colourant.

In this demonstration on the Sphere Foods' stand, we see how the natural, crystalline product, derived from the hybrid Rubired grape via a patented drying process, goes easily into solution to add colour without changing taste or aroma.
