The Rapid Wrapper is a semi auto wrapping system at around half the price of masted wrappers. Its notched base means it can be stowed on a standard pallet rack and pull out plugs remove the risks from trailing cords. The wrapper is 286mm high and its turntable can be rotated using a foot pedal, removing the need to walk around the pallet and lost time in the loading process.

Once a load is stacked, film is tied to the pallet from the hand dispenser. Then the foot control allows the powered turntable to complete the job. The operator tensions the film and overlaps it. A top cover can also be fitted and wrapped into the load.

Rapid Wrapper is movable and stowable and can wrap up to two tonnes. It has a 1220mm diameter heavy duty chequer plate top deck; 240v extension lead socket and 24v foot control. The Rapid Wrapper is ready to go, straight out of the custom built fully enclosed shipping crate.
