Sana Commerce has released the Sana Commerce Maintenance Guide, a comprehensive report providing insights into why B2B suppliers struggle to achieve the maintenance quality they require and what they can do about it.
According to recent research, 93 per cent of companies consider their maintenance processes as inefficient. Most organisations need their IT teams to wear many hats, making it challenging to keep track of customer data, apply special pricing agreements, support order-to-quote functionality, and innovate new and more efficient ways of working. For companies that are bringing their product offering online, most mainstream e-commerce solutions are not able to support the specific and manifold requirements needed to keep IT departments running efficiently.
The Sana Commerce Maintenance Guide addresses these challenges, and provides insights into how companies can improve maintenance quality and efficiency.
The report covers a range of topics, including why B2B suppliers struggle to achieve the maintenance quality they require, how to calculate and see how a company is performing, and what can be done to improve conditions.
Sana Commerce head of APAC Marcus McNamara said the report was the result of extensive research.
"We are excited to release the Sana Commerce Maintenance Guide, which we believe will be a valuable resource for B2B suppliers, providing practical advice that companies can implement right away to start seeing results," said McNamara.
The Sana Commerce Maintenance Guide is available for download on its website.
