NHP Electrical Engineering Products (NHP) is set to become the sole distributor for Rockwell Automation products in South Pacific from next month.

The news follows on from NHP's acquisition of Rexel Industrial Automation’s (RIA) business assets relating to the distribution and supply of Rockwell Automation products in NSW and SE Queensland.

NHP will have has sole distributor rights for Rockwell Automation products, systems and solutions in the South Pacific including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Papua New Guinea from 1 May.

NHP and Rexel Industrial Automation will continue to trade as separate entities this month whilst the acquisition is formalised.
NHP said it would be in contact with all RIA customers throughout April to ensure a seamless transition of products and services.
