The Eriez Xtreme Metal Detector is a multi-frequency unit designed to detect small ferrous and non-ferrous metal contaminants in sanitary and non-sanitary environments.

Good metal detection strikes a balance between absolute detection of all metal contaminants and elimination of false signals that slow down production, according to Eriez.

This metal detector pushes that detection/ productivity curve with the ability to detect 0.2mm spheres.

In its base package, it offers a seven-inch, easy-to-use touch screen interface, multiple pre-programmed languages, easy set-up and reporting, multiple USB and interface ports, remote access, and the standard high-pressure wash down design.

According to Eriez, the Xtreme also offers the highest level of protection against metal at a reasonable price.

Eriez is recognised globally for its work in separation technologies.
