Heat and Control has announced a new partnership with flow wrap equipment company Hayssen in Australia and New Zealand.

Under the partnership, Hayssen will supply the flow wrappers, which have been designed to be hygienic and easy-to-clean to suit a wide range of challenging industries, including snack foods, pasta, powders, frozen food, bakery, fresh food, confectionery and salads.

The Hayssen flow wrappers are known for their versatility throughout a wide range of packaging applications, according to Heat and Control, and their flexible and easy-to-clean design features quick product changeovers, durable construction and waste minimisation technology.

“Hayssen sets a new standard in hygienic flow wrapping technology and will deliver tremendous value to our customers,” Heat and Control business manager of Packaging & Inspection Systems Robert Marguccio said.

“The innovative design engineering focuses on improving overall equipment efficiency and will deliver profitable results to Australian food manufacturers.”

The Hayssen Flow wrappers are designed to increase production speeds for packaging lines, with the new CO50 machine featuring speeds of up to 200 packs per minute.

Their ‘no-product, no bag’ feature and misplaced product-detection features minimises film waste while their long dwell crimpers allow for superior seals.
