Food Processing Systems (FPS) has launched the Linear Chiller, its new high-performance cooling solution, designed to handle various bagged food products such as gravy, mashed potatoes and seafood.

This versatile system rapidly chills products down to a consistent temperature of 5°C, ensuring food safety and extending shelf life.

Built with food-grade stainless steel, the Linear Chiller is easy to clean and maintain, meeting the rigorous demands of food processing environments.

It comes with a streamlined design that is said to ensure efficient cooling through controlled water circulation, while the adjustable speed belt system accommodates different bag sizes and product types and time frames.

According to FPS, whether it's viscous sauces or delicate seafood, the Linear Chiller offers precise temperature control to preserve the quality and freshness of your products.

FPS says this robust and energy-efficient chiller, which currently already has two installations in Brisbane, is an essential addition to any food production line, providing reliable cooling to meet your processing needs.
