Exair has added a new product to its range of close quarters spray nozzles – the 1/8 NPT FloodStream Liquid Atomising Spray Nozzle – ideal for cooling, coating, or cleaning products within the food and beverage industry.

Joining the FullStream and HollowStream in the Liquid Atomising Spray Nozzle collection, the FloodStream produces a deflected flat fan pattern for precise coverage in close quarters.

The FloodStream is manufactured from 303 stainless steel, and has a maximum operating pressure up to 17.2 BAR or 250 psi. The nozzle channels liquids through the body and against an angled surface to create a wide-angle, flat fan spray pattern at 75 degrees from nozzle orientation.

Exair states that the nozzle's compact build allows it to be effective in tight spaces, while still providing precise coverage.

The stainless-steel construction provides durability and corrosion resistance, and works well with water, light oils, rust inhibitors, chemicals, paints, dyes and other common liquids.

Exair Atomising Spray Nozzles come in a variety of sizes, spray patterns, droplet sizes, and flow rates to meet process-specific needs.

The FloodStream Liquid Atomising Spray Nozzle is available from Compressed Air Australia, along with Exair’s range of air and liquid atomising nozzles. All models include a five year warranty and are CE compliant.
