SIAL Shenzen

The SIAL Shenzhen will be held at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center from August 28–30, 2023. The exhibition space will encompass 35,000 square meters, and it is anticipated that over 30,000 professionals from around the world will be present.

SIAL Shenzhen, a fresh new international food and beverage exhibition brand under the SIAL NETWORK, is designed to help food and beverage enterprises seize market opportunities in southern China and Southeast Asia.

Covering an area of 35,000 m2, the exhibition is expected to draw more than 1,500 exhibitors and over 30,000 professionals from across the globe.

It features high quality, boutique, cutting-edge, special, innovative and technology-driven food and beverage solutions, and aims to serve as a global trade platform for the large number of optimum buyers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In line with new food trends in the region, SIAL Shenzhen will help enable beverage enterprises to quickly open up these markets.

TThe exhibition will feature three highlight villages:
Chinese Food & Beverage Village
International Food & Beverage Village
International Meat Village

The third and fourth quarters, with their many holidays and festivals, are the traditional boom season for Chinese consumption. The Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Singles’ Day, Double Twelve, Christmas, New Year, Spring Festival, will usher in the “holiday economy” with a consumption peak in the second half of the year.

Naturally, this is a key period for the food and beverage industry to boost sales. SIAL Shenzhen will provide the best opportunity for industry players to discover new products and prepare for the prime sales period.

Shenzhen is a pioneer in reform and opening up and a core engine of economic growth in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It serves as a platform for reaching out across southern China and to ASEAN and RCEP members.
