Tapped in G&T Festival with Patient Wolf Gin and Long Rays Tonic and Soda

A two-day gin festival in Melbourne, 17-18 April 2021, will celebrate the launch of the first LongRays tonic and soda fountain in Victoria, installed at Patient Wolf DistillingCo. in Southbank.

This innovative, distiller-approved tap system is the first of its kind in Victoria, pouring premium, Australian-made tonic and soda.

At the Tapped in G&T Festival, Melburnians will enjoy fine Australian gin by Patient Wolf and discover the smarter - and more delicious - partner in gin, Long Rays tonic and soda, all while eliminating wastage from regular single bottle mixers.

Over two days at the Tapped In G&T Festival, expect creative gin spritzes including the Pear, Rhubarb & Lemon Verbena Spritz, a Yuzu & Wattle Pollen Spritz, and the Burnt Mandarin & Geraldton Wax Spritz.

There will be Long Rays and Patient Wolf gin & tonic and soda classics flowing and guests are invited to customise with their garnish of choice. The DJ will be sharing sweet tunes and good vibes.
