Food and Beverage Innovation Forum 2026
One of the Asia-Pacific region’s most influential food-industry events is returning to China for 2026, with the 12th edition of the Food and Beverage Innovation Forum to be held from 27-29 April at Hangzhou International Expo Center.
Founded in 2014 by Simba Events, FBIF is dedicated to sharing global successful business cases and concepts and technologies that are endowed with innovative concepts and thus help the industry leaders gain insights about future trends and promote the development of the food and beverage industry.
The forum will cover a range of topics from 27-28 April, including dairy, snacks & baking, drinks, packaging, functional ingredients, and product development, followed by a plenary session on 29 April. Prominent speakers include Kraft Heinz president China, Peter Xiao, and Nestlé Japan business executive officer, Olivier Jakubowicz.
Over 650 exhibitors are estimated to attend the concurrently held Food Innovation Expo, in an exhibition area of 53,800 square meters, covering dairy products, beverages, snacks, alcoholic beverages, convenient foods, functional foods, ingredients, OEM services, packaging, equipment, design, marketing, and other related areas.
