The new beer garden.

An unusual garden blitz by Jamie Durie in collaboration with beer brand Hoegaarden took place at a pub in The Rocks in Sydney this week.

Durie's latest project ‘Beer Gaarden Blitz’ saw him work with the Belgian beer brand to give one lucky beer garden a much needed gardening makeover.

Sydney’s The Observer Hotel was the lucky recipient, with Durie and his team undertaking an overnight blitz to turn the space into a small city oasis.

The team transformed The Observer's beer garden this week and the big reveal took place on Wednesday.
