Suntory Oceania is holding a national recruitment drive for 80 new roles in its dynamic Liquor Route-to-Market team, as the business gears up for the launch of its $3 billion multi-beverage business in mid-2025.

The new Territory Manager positions will be based in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA and will play an important part in contributing to Suntory Oceania’s growth plans and representing its premium alcohol portfolio.

Suntory licensed sales director, Gordon Treanor, said the company is actively seeking Australia's best talent – ambitious individuals who want to take the next step in their careers and build something special.

“By prioritising diversity in our recruitment efforts, we aim to create a team that not only excels in performance but also reflects the communities we work and live in,” said Treanor.

“Being part of a global multinational like Suntory is an incredible opportunity. For new Suntorians, it's a chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic, global industry, where every day brings new challenges and learning experiences. The chance to contribute to a brand with such a rich heritage and bold vision is truly inspiring.”

The recruitment drive follows confirmation of Suntory Oceania’s licensed sales leadership team. Led by Treanor, this new team blends deep industry expertise with fresh perspectives, bringing together top commercial talent. The new team represents more than 90 years of experience between them from industry peers including Asahi, Pernod Ricard Winemakers, Diageo and Lion.
