Suntory Oceania has announced two new three-year partnerships with The Dylan Alcott Foundation in Australia and Recreate NZ in New Zealand, with an investment of more than $450,000 to support young adults living with disability across the region.

The company said the funding will support programs focused on building confidence, strengthening independence, and creating pathways into education, employment and community participation.

Suntory Beverage & Food Oceania CEO, Dai Minato, said the partnerships align with the company’s long-running “Growing for Good” philosophy and broader purpose-led social impact agenda.

“We are delighted to partner with organisations that are making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people living with disability,” Minato said.

In Australia, the partnership with The Dylan Alcott Foundation will support sport, education and vocational pathway initiatives, with Suntory also joining the Shift 20 Initiative as a Silver Member to support disability representation in advertising.

In New Zealand, funding for Recreate NZ will support its Youth Board Leadership program, life-skills courses, and Moxie work-experience programs aimed at creating employment pathways.

Suntory said employees in both countries will also be involved through volunteering and skills-based support.

The announcement forms part of Suntory Oceania’s wider philanthropic and sustainability commitments, alongside existing partnerships including Earthwatch Australia and Keep New Zealand Beautiful.
