ERP software company Syspro has made Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine's '100 Great Supply Chain Projects' list.

Supply & Demand Chain Executive is a user manual for successful supply and demand chain transformation based on analysis, viewpoints and unbiased case studies.

To be included in the US magazine's Top 100 list, companies must demonstrate supply chain excellence, resulting in measurable gains in ROI through cost-cutting and increased efficiency.

Syspro says its selection was based on the enhanced efficiencies that Lockmasters, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality locks, safes, tools and supplies, achieved using its ERP software.

Lockmasters was able to use the software to improve it business processes and streamline internal procedures with new features and customisations, according to Syspro.

Among other efficiencies, the software has enhanced the company's ability to compete via ready access to in-depth customer data and the ability to respond more quickly to customers' needs.

In addition, the software was easily customised to enable Lockmasters to leverage the use of special forms and integrated part-numbers to speed order turnaround.

Subsequently, Lockmasters has gained a reputation for providing the most outstanding customer service and support in the industry.

Syspro, which provides ERP systems for mid-market manufacturers and distributors worldwide, says its software has also enabled Lockmasters to engineer time-saving employee processes and develop a series of operational enhancements to produce huge efficiency gains.
