Australian Beer Company and Rugby Australia have signed a three-year partnership for the Wallabies and Super Rugby competition in Australia.

The deal will see a commitment from Australian Beer Company, which owns Yenda beer, to the 2018, 2019 and 2020 seasons.

The partnership will mean Yenda beers will find a greater reach with the Australian rugby community as its official beer.

Established in 2013, Yenda beer was named after its own home town in the NSW Riverina.

This is also the home of Wallaby players Arthur Tonkin, Beresford Ellwood, Jim Lenehan, Ken McMullen and John Langford.

Yenda is the ninth largest Australian craft beer, and the Yenda Crisp lager was last year voted Champion Lager at the 2017 Craft Beer Awards, run by the Independent Brewers Association.
