Premium spirits distributor, Amber Beverage Australia, has expanded its portfolio of global brands, signing an exclusive distribution partnership with Pallini, the Rome-based family distillery behind the world's top selling limoncello.
Effective from 1 September, Pallini will join Amber Beverage Australia's premium spirits portfolio, which includes brands like Fernet-Branca, Stoli, 818 Tequila, Flor de Caña, Passoã, Elijah Craig, and Frangelico.
Founded in 1875 in the small Abruzzo town of Antrodoco before relocating to Rome, Pallini remains a family-owned business now run by its fifth generation, led by CEO Micaela Pallini. Crafted from hand-picked Sfusato lemons grown on the Amalfi Coast, Pallini Limoncello has grown into the world's best-selling Limoncello by both volume and value, exported to more than 80 countries.
The Australian range will be led by Pallini Limoncello, joined by Pallini Crema di Limoncello, a vegan-friendly expression that broadens the brand’s appeal to a wider range of drinkers and occasions.
Amber Beverage Australia managing director, Uliana Linenko, said the partnership reflects the growing Australian appetite for authentic Italian liqueurs and limoncello’s rise as a category in its own right.

Pallini will be available nationwide through Amber Beverage Australia from 1 September 2026.
