With YOLO (You Only Live Once) the current mantra of Gen Y, one company has responded with a breakfast and snack product called Yol’Oats.

Aimed at consumers who "live fit, fast and on the edge", the pre-soaked oat treat is centred with a coconut and yoghurt cream filling and topped with a choice of four flavours.

Containing no preservatives or artificial flavourings, the product promises to sustain energy levels longer, reduce cholesterol and improve day-to-day performance.

Flavours include Fig & Macadamia, Strawberries & Cream, Pineapple, Lime & Coconut and Apple & Cinnamon.
