Nuchev Limited has announced that Greg Kerr has resigned as the company's CEO. He will remain in the role until 15 December 2023.

Nuchev chair, Justin Breheny said: "Greg has successfully led the company during a period of transformation and delivered organisational changes that positioned the business for long-term growth, particularly establishing the new distribution agreement with H&S Group. We are grateful to Greg for his contributions to the business and wish him well in the future

"The outlook and momentum for the company is positive and the board looks forward to working with the executive leadership team to successfully deliver the company's purpose and strategy," said Breheny. 

An executive search process is underway to appoint a new CEO.
