Borgelt's commercial leadership career spans more than 20 years across tier one FMCG organisations, and she has been a key member of the Kellogg's ANZ Leadership team since 2012, when she took on the role of Country Manager, New Zealand. Since 2015, she served as the sales director in Australia.

The current managing director Australia and New Zealand, Belinda Tumbers, will move into the new role of managing director, Kellogg’s Asia Pacific Snacks, and will be based in Singapore.

Kellogg's says Tumbers has been instrumental in leading the turnaround of the Kellogg's Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) business over the past three years.

Since taking over the leadership of the business in late 2015 the business has changed trajectory from a decline at the end of 2015 back to growth.

Mondelez International's newly appointed Australian managing director is Nigel Parsons, and he will replace Amanda Banfield, who has been appointed president for Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
