Mountain Culture has taken home Australia’s #1 craft beer for the third year in a row, winning the annual GABS Hottest 100 Aussie Craft Beers with its Status Quo Pale Ale. Nearly 1500 beers from 400 craft breweries were in the running.

Mountain Culture launched in 2019 as the first brewpub in the Blue Mountains, on Sydney’s western fringe. In 2022, it opened its second brewery and brewpub nearby, in Emu Plains.

Second place went to Coopers Pale Ale, and Balter’s XPA took home third place.
