In by the skin of our teeth, our May issue is here!
You will probably notice this issue is even chunkier than usual. Welcome to our annual industry directory, where you will find all the ingredient suppliers and equipment manufacturers your enterprise desires.
I need to take a moment here to acknowledge our deputy editor Doris Prodanovic, who single-handedly took on this behemoth and wrestled it into the most up-to-date, comprehensive compendium possible. It was a massive undertaking, and she has more than delivered. Thank you Doris.
You can take it all in from page 35.

His functional food brand We, the many* is as much about sustainability as it is human health, with Brook creating a business model that will see 50 per cent of profits sent to verified projects reducing carbon. Read all about it on page 12.
