Maxum Foods says the appointment of Adrian Lochland as the company’s first CEO is a significant milestone in the company’s growth and evolution. Lochland has been at Maxum since 2021 as executive general manager of its Animal Nutrition division.
Maxum Foods director, Ben Woodhouse, said Lochland brought leadership and capability to the role, and reflected the business’s strong performance and investment across its Food, Animal Nutrition, and Farming portfolios.
“Maxum Foods is experiencing sustained growth across all areas of the business, and Adrian has been instrumental in shaping that trajectory. His leadership and in-depth industry knowledge make him the ideal person to guide us through our next phase of strategic development,” Woodhouse said.
Lochland has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in market-leading agribusiness, food, and ingredient companies.
“This appointment represents an exciting new chapter for the company, and I’m proud to work alongside a team passionate about delivering value for our customers. Together, we’ll continue building on Maxum’s strong foundation while exploring new opportunities,” Lochland said.
