Maggie Beer Holdings (MBH) has appointed strategic advisory firm Nash Advisory to develop options for the company’s non-core dairy assets, Paris Creek Farms and St David Dairy.

In May, MBH announced the dairy assets were not core to the business. The two companies had been significantly impacted by Covid with skill shortages, staff churn, and increased training, milk haulage, and distribution costs

MBH CEO and managing director Chantale Millard said the two brands had opportunities for growth with new product development, brand extensions, export, and channel expansion.

“Nash will be assisting MBH to explore how we unlock this growth, potentially through alliances, mergers or a change in ownership,” Millard said.
