Kellanova Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) has appointed Michelle Leadbetter to Commercial Director, Snacks, ANZ. Leadbetter previously led the Grocery and Convenience channel at Sanofi Healthcare.

Kellanova ANZ MD, Anthony Holme, said, “Michelle is an all-rounder, her strong commercial experience and a passion for building strong teams will be an asset to our business. We are delighted to have such an experienced leader on board to lead our salty snacking portfolio.”

Leadbetter has more than 20-years of sales management and category leadership experience across FMCG, with a focus on customer collaboration and delivering strong commercial outcomes. Prior to Sanofi Healthcare she had been national business manager at the Real Pet Food Company and head of sales at Galderma’s consumer healthcare business.

Leadbetter also spent more than 14 years at Mars Wrigley, starting as territory sales manager and in increasingly senior roles, including national business manager on the Woolworths account.

Leadbetter said, “I am excited to be given the opportunity to lead Kellanova’s most iconic salty snack brands, and work with the talented team in place to unlock continued growth in salty snacking in 2025 and beyond.”
