The doughnut range from Noshu is gluten- and grain-free, dairy-free, has no added sugar and is also fructose friendly and suited to paleo dieters.

Noshu was founded in 2013 by Australian food scientist, Rachel Bajada, who had a family history of diabetes, heart disease and inflammatory conditions.

They are currently sold in some Foodworks, IGA, Foodland and Romeos stores, mostly in South Australia, as well as in health food stores, delis, grocers and takeaway healthy fast food chains such as Thr1ve and Soul Origin.
