The Vino Paradiso wine and food festival will see multiple exhibitors join forces to deliver one of a kind, experimental offerings when it rolls out over two days at The Rocks next month.

Some of the collaborations include Black Star Pastry and The Rocks Brewing Co, Burgers By Josh and Young Henry’s, and Simmone Logue and Torbreck Wine.

The festival will also feature the Sydney debut of the Dinner in the Sky global phenomenon which will see guests invited to strap themselves in and dine high up above The Rocks, at a dinner table suspended by a crane above Sydney Harbour.

The festival, which is expected to draw more than 50,000 visitors, will feature 20 Australian wine regions, 50 wineries and over 500 different wines.

Vino Paradiso is a free festival, with offerings from exhibitors starting at $5. Currency cards will be used this year in place of cash and card payments.

Vino Paradiso will be held at First Fleet Park, The Rocks Sydney on 18th – 19th November.
