Food Innovation Australia Limited (FIAL) has created a showcase of innovative, recently-launched Australian for visitors to the Fine Food Australia show this week at ICC Sydney.

 

It's the first time that FIAL has joined forces with over 30 Australian companies to highlight what's new with their products, processes and packaging.

 

Each company featured has developed an innovative solution to a business challenge, including developing new varieties of wheat and novel ingredients, to revolutionary packaging formats and alternative processing methods, according to FIAL.

 

FIAL’s general manager of commercial Rod Arenas said he had sought a platform to highlight the innovative nature of Australia’s food and beverage products.

 

“Today, both domestic and international buyers, are looking for a point of difference. The FIAL Innovation Showcase provides a window of opportunity for us to showcase some recently-launched products into one display and to celebrate Australian cutting edge innovation.”

 

FIAL is also hosting a Woolworths Meet the Buyer event which will allow Australian suppliers to connect with Woolworths and FoodCo executives at Fine Food Australia.
