In partnership with Callebaut, Smoking Gun Bagels has created a twist on its annual Easter offering.

It's Choc Cross Bagel is rich with the chocolatier’s Power 41 cocoa powder infused with an Easter-inspired spice blend. Also in the mix is whole orange puree and Australian currants. Callebaut’s Power 41 chocolate is a milk chocolate with intense cocoa flavour but less sugar.

Smoking Gun's bagels are hand rolled, simmered in honey-sweetened water and then placed on wooden paddles. These are then baked in custom built, wood-fired, stone ovens.

The bagels are available until 26 April at its store in Woolloomooloo, Sydney.
