Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Australia MD, Orlando Rodriguez, is stepping down in early 2027. Miles Karemacher has been appointed as his replacement and will start in the role on 18 January 2027.

Rodriguez joined the business in 2019 and led CCEP Australia through an important period of transformation and sustained growth. During his tenure, he helped build strong growth enablers and drove continuous improvement.

CCEP APS business unit GM, Gareth McGeown, said, “Orlando has made a significant contribution to CCEP in Australia. His leadership and commercial focus have helped position the business strongly for the future. I want to thank Orlando personally for his impact on our business, customers and partners.”

Karemacher started his CCEP career in Australia at Coca-Cola Amatil. He’s currently Coca-Cola HBC GM, Italy. CCEP said he has extensive experience across the Coca-Cola system and the consumer goods industry, including senior leadership roles with Coca-Cola HBC, SABMiller and Coca-Cola Amatil.

McGeown said he was delighted to welcome Karemacher back to Australia.

“Miles’ deep market knowledge, international perspective and focus on building strong, engaged teams means he is the right leader to take our Australian business into its next chapter of growth,” he said.
