Sydney craft brewer, The Australian Brewery, is heading into new territory with its new “Craft Partners” condiments range.

The Rouse Hill brewer kicked off with the launch with its new Chilli Jam, which, according to its maker, is “not as sweet as your standard sweet chilli sauce and a little bit hotter”.

The Craft Partners products are available on site at the Australian Hotel and Brewery and are also being sold at various venues and markets across Sydney for a recommended retail price of $12.99.

The Australian Brewery has also moved into new turf with the launch of its latest seasonal brew, The Saison D’Heretique which is being sold on draught, as well as in cans for the first time.

Crafted with both French & Belgian saison yeasts generating a delicate, light beer, The Saison D’Heretique, is named for Joan of Arc, who was falsely burned as a heretic but later canonised.
