Clog-resistant spray nozzles specifically designed for dairy and other types of food processing have joined the Spraying Systems portfolio.

In addition to offering clog-resistant spraying, the SK and SB Series SprayDry nozzles from Spraying Systems also offer complete particle size control.

The nozzles provide narrower drop size distribution, which can be fine-tuned by adjusting the capacity and pressure of the nozzle.

The anti-bearding feature, meanwhile, reduces build-up on the nozzle face which eliminates contamination and hot spot concerns, according to Spraying Systems.

The Maximum Free Passage (MFP) feature is responsible for reduced clogging and, as a result, fewer production delays.

All MFP cores have at least two slots, which produce a more uniform bulk density compared to single slot designs.

SK and SB Series SprayDry nozzles are easy to maintain and are available in interchangeable orifice insert/core combinations.
