Freedom Foods has launched a chilled almond milk product into the market in a UV barrier bottle.
The 1L chilled addition to the Australia’s Own Organic range can be found in the refrigerated section of selected supermarkets alongside dairy milk.
Consumers can choose from either unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened almond coconut milk.
The almond milk category currently makes up almost 40 per cent of the dairy alternative market, and it could soon surpass soy if growth continues.
The recommended retail price for the milks is $3.99 each.
