Having been one of the first companies to incorporate chia in a bread product, Bakers Delight has now introduced a chia and fruit loaf to its wholemeal range this winter.

Bakers Delight Chia and Fruit Loaf is high in fibre, which is good for digestive health and antioxidants, which help fight the ageing process. It has no added sugar, and also has the added benefits of protein and thiamin for healthy growth and development.

Chia is an ancient seed first used by the Aztecs, and is one of the highest natural sources of the plant form of omega-3 ALA. It is also a good source of omega-6 LA, antioxidants and protein which are all important for healthy skin. Studies have shown a diet containing antioxidants can slow the process of ageing in the body.

Bakers Delight Chia and Fruit Loaf is available at RRP $5.50 or $1.20 for a single serve bun from over 630 Bakers Delight bakeries across Australia.
