Danone has launched an ice-cream style dessert of its high-protein snack range, YoPRO. It is available in two varieties, including Mint Chocolate and Salted Caramel, and follows Danone’s release of YoPRO in a nut protein bar format.

YoPRO continues to diversify in a range of formats outside of its traditional yoghurt category, with the new frozen dessert designed for health-conscious consumers.

"We are excited to be offering a deliciously creamy icecream-style dessert option that delivers to your daily nutritional needs with 10g protein, no added sugar, no artificialsweeteners and less than 110 calories in each stick,” said YoPRO brand manager Xavier Gonzalez.

“We’re hoping the new indulgent flavours will encourage health-conscious consumers to treat themselves more often and tempt existing ice cream lovers to switch to a healthier protein-packed option.”

YoPRO Ice Cream-style Dessert Sticks are available as four-packs in the ice cream aisle at Coles stores around the country.
