Melbourne based food manufacturer Well and Good has launched its new Seriously Low Carb range. Well and Good specialises in gluten free baking mixes, with its latest release adding low carb qualities to the mix.

Made for the at-home baker, the Seriously Low Carb range offers easy to use, healthy alternatives in the baking aisle. All its products are made in a strictly gluten, dairy and nut-free environment.

There are four products in the range: Self-Raising Flour Blend (less than 2g carbs per serve); Seeded Bread Mix (less than 5.4g carbs per serve); Chocolate Cake and Cupcake Mix (less than 2.2g carbs per serve); and Vanilla Cake and Cupcake Mix (less than 2.8g carbs per serve).

Well and Good’s in-house nutritionist Sherrie Miller said the mixes meet the macronutrient requirements of a low-carb diet.

“Our focus was on reducing sugar and sodium, while increasing the protein and fibre content. We’re proud to have achieved this without sacrificing flavour integrity,” Miller said.

The range is available exclusively in Woolworths and independent supermarkets.
