Yarra Valley winery, Innocent Bystander, has launched its latest sparkling wine – a fresh Watermelon Spritz, packed with juicy watermelon flavours and has a refreshing finish.

At just 8% alcohol, Watermelon Spritz is light and bright and simply perfect for springtime celebrations in the sun. It can be enjoyed straight-up chilled from the fridge or served over ice in a highball glass, with a sprig of fresh mint.

Innocent Bystander brand manager, Andrew Dix, said the team was excited to welcome the new sparkling to the Innocent Bystander line-up.

“The new Watermelon Spritz is a bold and dynamic addition to our range. It’s a wine that’s contemporary and confident, fresh and juicy, and full of flavour,” he said.

“Our new sparkling wine is a winningly refreshing harmony of luscious bubbles with a smash of juicy, fresh watermelon. Try it at Innocent Bystander’s cellar door in Healesville, or for those further north, Innocent Bystander will be popping up at Sydney’s Babylon in October.”

Innocent Bystander Watermelon Spritz is available now at innocentbystander.com.au and stockists nationwide including First Choice, Liquorland, IGA Liquor and Bottlemart stores, for RRP $25.
