After the launch of liquid egg products in April this year, Australia’s smiley- faced egg brand Sunny Queen Farms has launched a frozen eggs range.

Sunny Queen general manager marketing and innovation, Isabelle Dench, said that as the demand for convenient, nutritious, ready-to-eat options continue to rise the new range is designed busy bees, families and people seeking quick, healthy, easy-to- prepare products.

“We are challenging the perception of frozen food as being mostly unhealthy and containing little nutritional value through our newest range of products, each being a great source of protein and featuring a 3.5-star Health Star Rating,” Dench said.

Recent studies show that nearly 90 per cent of adults consume packaged snack food in an average week, however with nutritious and convenient meal options more readily available, consumers will no longer have to compromise on health due to time constraints.

“With a growing demand for healthy snacks, we responded to this need with our delicious egg-based products that are rich in nutrients including proteins, vitamins, and minerals, which offer steady and sustained energy,” Dench said.

Made with 100 per cent Aussie free range eggs, Sunny Queen’s frozen range is an line-up of easy and ways to consume egg-based products.

The range includes an omelette roll, mini fritters, protein bites and egg wraps and are now available in selected Woolworths stores nationally.
