European plant-based brand, Sunfly, has brought its nut-free sunflower seed spreads to Australia, distributed by Viking Imports.

At a time when nut-free policies are becoming the norm across Australian schools, and consumers are more conscientious of the products they’re consuming, Sunfly’s sunflower seed-based range offers a top allergen-free alternative to traditional spreads and snacks, without compromising on taste or nutrition.

Developed in collaboration with food scientists and nutrition experts, Sunfly products are free from allergens including nuts, dairy, soy and gluten, making them a practical solution for families navigating increasingly complex dietary requirements.

Made from sunflower seeds, the products are naturally rich in vitamin E, magnesium, iron, zinc and essential minerals. The range is also high in protein, aiming to to support balanced energy levels throughout the day.

Sunfly’s Australian rollout will focus on building awareness and accessibility, with distribution across independent retailers and plans to expand into larger retail channels. Sunfly Sunflower Seed Butter Smooth, Natural – No Added Sugar, and Cocoa products are now available in Australia via selected retailers, for RRP $10.49.
