ST. ALi, an Australian independent specialty coffee roastery, has officially joined forces with Star Wars for a limited-edition collaboration that brings together coffee, creativity and fandom.

The collaboration invites fans to choose between either the light or dark side with two exclusive coffee blends, new signature drinks available at ST. ALi’s South Melbourne café, and limited-edition pieces for collectors and coffee lovers alike.

At the heart of the collaboration are two limited-edition coffee blends inspired by one of the galaxy’s most iconic father and son dualities – Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker.

‘I Am Your Father’ embraces the dark side with a rich, velvety profile featuring notes of dark stone fruit, toasted spice and balanced acidity – making a coffee for the dad you'd truly cross the galaxy for.

‘Way of the Jedi’ champions the light side with a bright and unwavering cup showcasing citrus blossom, stone fruit and a long, silky finish – a coffee for the moment you finally come home.

Available in 225g, 500g and 1kg bags, both blends can also be purchased as part of a limited-edition gift set featuring bespoke Star Wars and ST. ALi mugs.

The collaboration will also come to life at ST. ALi’s South Melbourne flagship café, where guests can explore both sides of this caffeinated force through two exclusive signature drinks.

A full collection of limited-edition pieces will also be available to purchase in-store.

“We’re incredibly excited to be collaborating with such an iconic franchise as Star Wars – this is a huge moment for our team and is our biggest adventure yet,” said Lachlan Ward, CEO of ST. Ali.

“We’ve seen that Star Wars has one of the most passionate fan communities in the world and we can’t wait to offer fans a new way to taste our interpretation of that galaxy – not through a screen, but through the senses.

“From the coffee itself to the drinks, design and limited-edition pieces, every detail has been considered to bring these two worlds together in a way this side of the galaxy has yet to experience.”

Founded in 2005, ST. ALi has become synonymous with Melbourne’s renowned coffee culture – growing from its South Melbourne café into an internationally recognised specialty coffee brand with operations across Australia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

Today, its coffee is ethically sourced from producers around the world and roasted daily at its Port Melbourne roastery.

Launching ahead of Father's Day, the Star Wars and ST. ALi collaboration offers the perfect gift for coffee lovers, collectors and Star Wars fans.

The collection is now available online from the company website and in-venue at ST. ALi South Melbourne Cafe.
