Curtis Stone has partnered with Cadbury Australia for the second year in a row, this time launching a limited-edition Dairy Milk block, Curtis Stone’s Raspberry & Hazelnut Tart, inspired by another of the chef’s family recipes.

Following a successful inaugural collaboration in 2022: Curtis Stone’s Caramel Slice Dairy Milk Block, Cadbury says Aussies are in for yet another treat this year.

Stone’s latest creation has been inspired by his family’s very own Raspberry & Hazelnut tart recipe, with the block capturing the tart's flavour profile from top to bottom.

Stone said, “There’s nothing I love more than experimenting in the kitchen with my two sons, which was exactly how this block came to mind - one loves raspberry and one loves hazelnut, so I combined the two in creating the recipe.

“For the same flavours of raspberry coulis, choc creme and hazelnut that started in my kitchen, to my Los Angeles pie shop, “The Pie Room by Gwen'' to now be encased in Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate, is something I can’t wait for people to try.”

Mondelez International vice president marketing ANZ , said Australian consumers were looking for ‘novelty yet relevant’ flavours.

“Following the success of last year’s Caramel Slice, partnering once again with Curtis in bringing one of his family recipes to our Dairy Milk blocks is something we hope all Aussie families will share and enjoy,” said Chatfield.

Curtis Stone’s Raspberry & Hazelnut Tart is available nationwide, exclusively at Coles for $5.50 RRP.
