Ferrero has launched a Nutella frozen bakery range for the foodservice sector including a Nutella Croissant and Nutella Muffin.

The time-saving products are delivered frozen, so they can be made to order for freshness and to minimise stock wastage. The range is available now from Campbells Wholesale and PFD Foods.

Ferrero head of new business, Azzurra Puricelli, said they were excited to introduce the range to the Australian market.

“These products not only showcase the versatility of Nutella but also meet the growing demand for convenient, high-quality bakery items. We believe our new range will delight consumers and give our FoodService partners a delicious new way to serve Nutella,” Puricelli said.

The Nutella Croissant is a blend of flaky, buttery pastry filled with the creamy Nutella chocolate-hazelnut spread. The Nutella Muffin, crafted with sourdough and yoghurt for a soft texture, is filled with Nutella.

The Nutella Bakery Range is baked and then frozen to preserve freshness. The muffin is ready to eat after just two hours at room temperature. The croissant is immediately frozen just after rising and is read to bake straight from the freezer.
