NON9 is a chilled, full-flavoured red wine alternative with zero alcohol, real ingredients, and enough structure to stand up to steak.

Made at NON’s Melbourne headquarters using culinary methods typically reserved for fine dining, NON9 Oaked Blackberry & Plum brings together blackberry, Stanley plum, tamari, French oak, fir pine and Victorian Shiraz grape skins to create a layered non-alcoholic red wine alternative with savoury depth, firm tannins and a long, dry finish.

NON founder Aaron Trotman said, “Everyone’s been searching for a non-alc red that holds up to food - something with grip, complexity and actual flavour.
