Italian sparkling beverage brand, Sanpellegrino, is bringing a taste of Sicily to Australia with the launch of CIAO!, a new range of flavoured sparkling waters made with fruit juice and a pinch of Sicilian salt.

Inspired by Sicily’s tradition of blending sparkling water with fruit juice and a touch of salt to bring out natural flavour, Sanpellegrino CIAO! offers a light, modern take on Italian sparkling refreshment.

Launching in Australia in three flavours – Lime, Blood Orange and Peach – each can is crafted with fruit juice and a pinch of Sicilian salt, low in calories and with no added sugar.

Sanpellegrino Italian sparkling drinks brand manager, Damian Giorgini, said the launch responds directly to evolving consumer preferences.

“Sanpellegrino CIAO! is a natural extension of our Italian heritage, reimagined for today’s Australian consumer,” said Giorgini.

“With increasing demand for more mindful yet elevated refreshments across retail shelves and hospitality menus, CIAO! offers a distinctive proposition – light, flavourful and inherently premium, with strong relevance for both everyday refreshment and on-premise dining occasions.”

The Sanpellegrino CIAO! range is now available at select retailers, with a national roll-out into Woolworths from 31 August.
