Iconic Peters Ice Cream brand, Maxibon, has launched a new frozen snacking sandwich, designed for Australian cookie-lovers – Maxibon Choc Chip Cookie.

With the local cookie market valued at $1.8 billion and continuing to grow, according to Global Data, it is clear that Australians love to get their hands in the cookie jar.

Maxibon is making sure to jump on the trend, with the launch of a new Choc Chip Cookie Bon featuring a cookie dough flavoured slab full of choc chips, sandwiched between two fully loaded choc chip cookies on one end, and dipped in choc with more cookie pieces on the other.

Peters Ice Cream head of marketing, Andrea Hamori, said this launch was all about enhancing the cookie experience, with a creation Australians haven’t yet seen from Maxibon.

“Maxibon Choc Chip Cookie was made to be craved – a fully loaded, cookie-centric Bon designed to deliver on texture and flavour. If you love cookies, this one’s for you,” said Hamori.

Maxibon Choc Chip Cookie is now available exclusively at 7-Eleven in a single-serve for RRP $5.60, and will roll out nationwide in multipacks at Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery stores for RRP $11.50 from mid-February.
