Never Never Distilling Co. has released Landers Lime Gin, its first new gin since 2024 and the first spirit produced at Landers Pocket, the McLaren Vale distillery’s micro-distillery outpost next to Brisbane International Airport.

The gin is built around four lime varieties, finger lime, Tahitian lime, desert lime and Makrut lime leaf, carried in the condenser basket, with distilled coconut cream in the pot for texture and fresh Queensland ginger for spice.

Never Never’s signature botanical backbone of juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, liquorice root and lemon peel anchors the build.

Never Never Co-Founder, Sean Baxter, said, “We’re always deliberate about expanding our gin range, it’s a very crowded category. This needed to be something the local community would champion, something that could bring new drinkers into the Never Never fold.”

Landers Pocket, which also houses a 4 Pines Brewery with 800-seat capacity and Golf Central, is positioned as Never Never’s Queensland home. The gin is available exclusively at Landers Pocket, with signature serves including gin LLBs, sparkling highballs, and frozen lime daiquiris.
