Australian health spice brand, Mingle Seasoning, has branched out into salad dressings with the launch of three plant-based flavours.

Mingle Seasoning was the first Australian supermarket dressing brand to exclusively use avocado oil. Unlike other commonly used oils, avocado oil is minimally processed, naturally rich in good fats and has a range of health benefits – according to Food Bioscience.

The company stated while most supermarket dressings are packed with hidden sugars, preservatives and highly processed oils, Mingle’s new dressings deliver bold flavour without the nasties. The plant-based range contains no preservatives or artificial colours, and less than two grams of sugar per serve.

The range includes three flavours:

  • Everything Dressing – a tangy, versatile vinaigrette
  • Balsamic Dressing – a Mediterranean-inspired classic
  • Japanese-Style Dressing – a sweet umami blend with notes of yuzu and toasted sesame oil

Mingle Seasoning founder, Jordyn Evans, said expanding into dressings felt like a natural next step for Mingle as the company grows beyond the spice aisle.

“For the last 10 years, we’ve focused on challenging the status quo and creating products with cleaner ingredients and big flavours, and we’re excited to bring that same approach to an entirely new category,” said Evans.

The launch follows a major expansion of the company’s spice range last year, releasing eight new rubs and seasonings in May 2025.

The Mingle Seasoning dressings range is now available in Coles and Woolworths nationwide, in 220g packs for RRP $6.95.
