Best known for its household pantry staples, McKenzie’s Foods has turned to baking, launching its Ready to Bake Cookie line, designed as easy, mess-free snacks.

Arriving in a resealable pack of ten, and debuting in three flavours - Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate and White Chocolate Macadamia - the treats are convenient to store and transfer straight from the packet and into an oven or air fryer.

McKenzie’s Foods innovation marketing and insights manager Micaela McGee said it was the brand’s first foray beyond traditional pantry staples in its 172-year history.

“While we have long been synonymous with essential ingredients, we recognise the evolving needs of our consumers, and our venture into convenience solutions reflects our commitment to meeting those culinary demands,” said McGee.

McKenzie’s Ready-to-Bake Cookies can be found in the freezer section of Woolworths and Coles.
