High-protein coffee is making a splash in the food and beverage sector, with Krüger Group functional food brand, MaxiNutrition, launching its MaxPresso Protein Coffee.

The new MaxiNutrition MaxPresso Protein Coffee blends ground coffee with 22 grams of quality whey protein per serving, using premium grade ingredients and containing only natural colours and flavours, and no added sugar.

The company stated: “MaxPresso is as versatile as your coffee order. Just add milk or water, hot or cold and shake it up! It can be used to replace your traditional morning coffee or for your post-workout recovery.”

MaxiNutrition originated in the UK 30 years ago, and launched in Australia in 2025. The company’s range also includes Protein Bars, Creatine and EAA-Powder.

MaxPresso Protein Coffee is now available online at maxinutrition.com.au, for RRP $40.00 per 300g container.
