Chef and restaurant-owner, Matt Moran, has launched a range of gourmet stock to help home cooks create quality dishes at home. The My Perfect Stock range is made with real ingredients, and comes in Chicken, Beef, and Vegetable flavours.

Stock is the foundation for many dishes, and one of the first things an apprentice chef learns to make. Moran believes that the secret to great flavour starts with quality ingredients and a good measure of creativity.

“While not everyone has the time, interest or know-how to make their own stock at home, we all know that a great stock can be the difference between a good dish and an exceptional one,” said Moran.

“My Perfect Stock makes it easier to maximise depth of flavour and elevate home-cooked meals such as roasts, pastas and curries. I’ve done the hard work for the home cook, using quality ingredients which have been slowly simmered with the right balance of herbs and spices.”

My Perfect Stock is made in Australia, using top quality ingredients, including 100 per cent Australian beef and chicken.

“I have always been passionate about the Australian country and have profound respect for our farmers,” said Moran.

“Through my work I aim to nurture the bond between the land and the family dinner table and educate Australians about the journey of our food from farm to table. I’d love to be able to inspire household cooks around Australia to get as much out of quality ingredients as possible in acknowledgement of the hard work farmers put into producing it.”

My Perfect Stock range is now available at Woolworths and independent supermarkets across Australia, and is set to hit shelves in Coles on 20 April for RRP $5.90/500mL.
